We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content").
Upon full payment for our services, all custom code, 3D assets, and animations created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to use the completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree not to trick, defraud, or mislead us, or to use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws.
We operate on a milestone-based payment system (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% at MVP, 30% on delivery). Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR GAME WILL BE APPROVED BY ROBLOX MODERATION OR GENERATE ANY SPECIFIC REVENUE.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Belarus. HLT Studio and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Belarus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
To expedite resolution, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
